Handwritten Client Care Onboarding

You're in. Here's the one-time setup for your Handwritten Client Care program. Gather the few things below, send them to our team, and your handwritten touchpoints run on autopilot for the rest of the year.

Export your contacts

Export the clients (and, if you'd like, A-tier prospects) you want included from your CRM. Any standard CSV or XLS export works; no special template needed.

Send us your file and details

Email your export plus the details below to support@cardsforcauses.com, or reply to your welcome email.

Approve your 4 touchpoints

Within 5 business days of receiving your file, we'll send draft card designs, messages, and your 12-month mailing schedule to approve with one click.

What to send us

A quick checklist for your email. Anything marked optional can wait or be skipped.

Your details

Firm or business name, and your name
Best email for approvals (and a phone number if you'd like)
Which best describes your business: financial advisory and wealth, law / CPA / professional services, auto / dealership, other high-ticket B2B and consulting, or something else

Your contacts file

A CSV or XLS export of the contacts you want included, with name and mailing address for each
Extra columns are fine; we'll clean and map your file
For a birthday touchpoint, include a Date of Birth column (optional; if you don't track birthdays, we'll recommend another touchpoint)
Tell us who to include: existing clients only, or existing clients plus A-tier prospects and centers of influence
Anything we should know about how your list is organized (optional)

Charity (optional)

Like every Cards for Causes program, each year we donate an amount equal to at least 10% of net proceeds from greeting card sales to vetted U.S. charities, allocated after year-end across the causes our customers choose. Tell us:

Which cause you'd like your share directed to, or use the Cards for Causes default
Where the donation line should appear: only on your holiday card, on all cards in this program, or not printed (donation made quietly)

Brand and compliance (optional)

Your logo (PNG, JPG, or PDF)
Brand colors or guidelines
Any compliance or disclosure language that must appear on your cards

What happens next

  1. Our team reviews your export and details.
  2. Within 5 business days, we email draft designs and messages for your four handwritten touchpoints, plus your 12-month mailing schedule.
  3. You approve everything with one click, or request simple edits.
  4. Once approved, we schedule your mailings and send a quick confirmation each time a batch goes out.
