How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on how many key relationships you want to include. Most firms and businesses fit into one of our three standard plans (up to 100 / 250 / 500 contacts) and invest a few thousand dollars per year, plus postage billed at USPS cost. Do you mark up postage?
No. Postage is always billed at actual USPS First‑Class Letter rates. Our fees cover the premium cards, handwriting, handling, and mailing so you know exactly what you're paying us for.
What do we have to do with our data?
Just export your contacts from your CRM or system of record and send us the file. You don't need to reformat everything into a special template. Our team cleans it up, maps the fields, and gets it ready for mailing. If you prefer to use a template, we have one, but it's optional.
Can we use this for prospects too, or only existing clients?
You can use it for both. Most partners enroll their best existing clients first, then add a short list of A‑tier prospects and centers of influence they want to stay in front of. Pricing is based on the total number of contacts you enroll, regardless of whether they're clients or prospects.
How hard is this to implement and how long does it take?
Most firms are live in under two weeks. After you choose a plan, you send us your export, we draft your card designs and messages, you approve them once, and we schedule your four mailings for the year. From there, it runs on autopilot and you just get a quick confirmation each time a touch goes out.
Who should own this internally?
Usually it's whoever is responsible for client experience, marketing, or practice management. Their job is simply to choose the plan, approve the initial messaging, and send us an updated export if your contact list changes.
Does this still include a charity donation like your regular cards?
