To ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of our policies, terms, and conditions, we have outlined them below. Please take the time to read and understand them before making a purchase. Return Policy

Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or order cancellations once an order has been sent to production. We understand the importance of these custom products and will make every effort to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the final product. Please make sure to review your proof carefully before approving it to ensure that the design meets your expectations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before approving the proof.

If we have made a mistake on your order, we will gladly reprint and reship your order at no expense. Reprinted orders due to customer errors will be turned around as quickly as possible at customer's expense. Please review your online proof carefully when placing your order as well as your email confirmation in an effort to catch any errors. Please contact us immediately if you discover that an error has occurred.

Customer errors include, but are not limited to:

Spelling errors
Grammar errors
Typography
Improper placement of text
Uploading low quality images

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the order is sent to production for a full refund. After your order has been sent to production, we are not able to cancel your order due to the custom nature of our products.

Production Times

Once your card design is approved we send the order to production. Production times take 2-5 business days most of the year. In December, due to holiday rush, production times can take 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production times.

We do not guarantee production times. Most orders ship on the above timelines but delays are possible.

Shipping Policy

We use UPS Ground shipping as our standard shipping service (3-5 business days delivery in most cases). There are options to select UPS 3 Day, or 2 Day shipping as well. If you require overnight shipping, please reach out to our team for a quote.

We ship to all 50 states and Canada. We offer international shipping as well, contact a customer service rep for details or a quote. Please note that when you select expedited shipping (next day, 2 day or 3 day) that the shipping times are in addition to the production times.

We do not guarantee delivery times. Once your order is picked up by UPS or another delivery service, your items are entirely out of our control and under theirs.

Donation Policy

The philanthropic aspect of our business is one of our favorite parts of Cards for Causes. Any charity that is organized or registered to do business in the United States and that is recognized as a 501c3 tax exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service is eligible to be listed on our select a cause page and to receive donations from Cards for Causes. If you don't see your favorite charity listed which qualifies, reach out to us to get them added.

How Much Do We Donate?

We donate 20% of the net proceeds from every sale on our store.

The donation checks come from Cards for Causes and we do not give out our customer names to the charities.

You cannot claim any part of your card purchase as a tax deduction because the donation is made by Cards for Causes and not being made directly by you. The donations are from Cards for Causes and we do not give out our customer names to the charities. You may be able to claim your card purchase as a business marketing or office supply expense. Please check with your accountant.

We usually send donation checks out near the end of the first quarter of each year, however, this is subject to change.
