Common questions.

Can I customize these cards with my logo and message?

Yes. Most of our business designs can be personalized with your logo, colors, greeting, and printed signatures. On each product page, you’ll see the available customization options listed. If you have a specific layout or branding request, contact us and our team can review it with you.

Do you offer addressing and mailing services?

For many business orders, we can handle addressing, stamping, and mailing for you. Look for “Addressing & Mailing” options on the product page, or reach out to our team if you’re planning a larger client mailing or a year-round program.

Can I see a sample before placing a larger order?

If you’re planning a larger business order and want to review card quality and finishes in person, you can request a sample kit from our team. We’ll send a selection of popular business designs so you can see paper, printing, and envelope options before you commit.

How long will my order take?

Production time is typically 3-5 business days outside of peak holiday season and 5-7 business days in Q4, plus shipping time. If you have a firm in-hand date, please let us know before you place your order.

How does the charity donation work?

When you place a qualifying greeting card order, you’ll choose a charity at checkout from our list of U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations.

We track how much card revenue is designated to each charity over the year. After year-end, we calculate our net proceeds from greeting card sales and donate at least 10% of those net proceeds to our charity partners, split based on the share of revenue customers directed to each charity.

In short: you pick the charity, and each year a meaningful portion of what you and other customers spend on cards is donated to those organizations, with at least 10% of our net proceeds from card sales going to the group as a whole.

For full details, see our Donation Policy.

Is my purchase tax-deductible as a charitable contribution?

No. Donations are made by Cards for Causes, so your purchase is generally not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Many business customers treat their orders as a normal business expense (for example, marketing or office expenses). Please consult your accountant or tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation.
