Production & shipping timelines

Timing matters — especially for holiday mailings. Our production schedule varies by season: Q1–Q3 runs at standard pace, while Q4 (holiday season) requires more lead time due to higher volume. Plan ahead and your cards will arrive when you need them.

Standard Production Times

Q1–Q3 (January–September)

•DIY card orders: Print + ship in 3–5 business days
•DFY campaigns: Schedule agreed during planning; typical lead time 2–3 weeks from approval to mail date

Q4 (October–December)

•DIY card orders: Print + ship in 5–7 business days
•DFY holiday campaigns: Best booked 3+ weeks before your target mail date

Shipping

•DIY orders ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight
•Typical in-transit time: 2–5 business days for most U.S. addresses (Ground)
•DFY campaign mailings go out via USPS First-Class Mail
•We can't control USPS delivery times, but we guarantee on-time handoff to the post office on your scheduled mail date

Planning Guide

•DFY Holiday campaigns: Book by early November to guarantee delivery before Christmas
•Handwritten Client Care: Plan your 4-touch calendar at the start of each year; we'll handle scheduling from there
•DIY orders: Order by November to ensure enough time for production plus stuffing, stamping, sealing, and mailing on your end
•Birthday & Milestone mailings: Share your list with dates at least 3 weeks before the first mailing
