We agree on your USPS mail-by date in advance. If we miss that date by more than 2 business days due to our production or handling error, we upgrade postage at our expense to move your cards as quickly as possible, and credit 20% of your campaign fee back to your firm.
Quality & Accuracy Guarantee
You approve a final digital proof before anything goes to print. If your cards arrive misprinted, damaged, or materially different from the approved proof due to our team or our print partner, we reprint your full order and re-mail at no charge, using the same or faster postage class. If a printing error prevents us from meeting your mail-by date, the On-Time Mailing Guarantee applies as well.
Guarantees do not apply if final proof, mailing list, or invoice approvals miss agreed deadlines.

Our booking window closes in November, and earlier confirmation locks your preferred mail date - handwriting capacity is limited in peak weeks.

Your list is encrypted at rest, only Smarty (USPS CASS address validation) and USPS ever touch addresses, and we purge your list 90 days after mailing.
