What are the minimums? Who is this for?

Our done-for-you programs are designed for professional service firms sending to 100+ recipients. If you need fewer cards or prefer to handle addressing yourself, you can order cards directly from our catalog with no minimum.

How much lead time do you need?

Q1–Q3: Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from proof approval to mail date.

Q4 (holiday season): We recommend finalizing your order by early November to guarantee delivery before the holidays. December slots fill quickly.

What format do you need for my mailing list?

Excel or CSV with columns for name and mailing address. If your list needs cleanup or reformatting, we can help—just send what you have and we'll work with you.

How does billing work?

Your order total includes everything — cards, handwriting, addressing, mailing, and postage. One price, no separate invoices. Postage is included at actual USPS First-Class rates with no markup.

What's your guarantee?

On-time mailing and quality guarantee. If we miss your scheduled mail date or there's a print error on our end, we reprint at our cost.

How does the charity donation work?

Each year, we donate an amount equal to at least 10% of net proceeds from greeting card sales to vetted U.S. charity partners. This is our commitment, not a tax deduction for you—your purchase is a normal business expense. Learn more about our charity program →
