We Print, Address and Mail Your Company's Holiday Cards

Cards for Causes will. We print your custom holiday cards, address every envelope with a real ballpoint pen, then stuff, stamp and mail them through USPS by the date you choose. Mailings start at 100 recipients. Roughly $2.35 to $5.05 per recipient before postage, depending on the card you choose and your list size. Postage is USPS First-Class at cost.

Your part is short: pick a card and add your logo and message, approve a digital proof, and send us your list. Most mailings run 3 to 4 weeks from order to mail date.

What's included

• A digital proof before anything prints. Revise it as many times as you need until it's right.
• Addressing with a real ballpoint pen. Our handwriting robots write every recipient and return address in the handwriting style you choose.
• An address check. We format your list and run it through USPS address validation.
• Stuffing, sealing and stamping. Every card and envelope is checked by hand before it goes out.
• Mailing on your date. We drop your cards at USPS by your mail-by date and let you know when they've been mailed.
• Foil-lined envelopes at no extra cost.

What it costs

The price per recipient covers the card, printing, addressing with a real ballpoint pen, stuffing, stamping and mailing. The more cards you send, the lower the price per card.

Postage is $0.82 per recipient at cost, no markup.

Counts go up in steps of 25. Request a quote and you'll get your exact price by email within one business day. Nothing is owed until you approve it.

Starting from a card in the catalog instead? Choose mailing in the customizer and it prices the mailing for that exact card and count. The table shows our lowest-priced cards; other designs, and cards that need hand assembly, cost more.

Mail-by dates for the 2026 season

Your mail-by date is the day your cards go to USPS. The earliest date you can pick is 14 days out, and Sundays and federal holidays are closed. Thanksgiving mailings run through the week of November 16.

How it works

1. Get your price. Request a quote, or pick a card and get your mailing price in the customizer.
2. Design and approve. Add your logo and message, review the digital proof and approve it.
3. Send your list. A spreadsheet works: Excel, Google Sheets or CSV. An export from your CRM is usually fine as is.
4. We mail it. We print, address, stuff, stamp and drop your cards at USPS by your date.

Once you approve your final proof, cards typically mail within 3 to 5 business days.

Your client list stays yours

We collect names and mailing addresses only. Your list is encrypted at rest, only Smarty (USPS CASS address validation) and USPS ever see the addresses, and we delete the list 90 days after mailing. We never market to your clients, and we never share, sell or rent your list. An NDA is available on request.

If something goes wrong

On-time mailing. We agree on your mail-by date up front. If we miss it by more than 2 business days because of our error, we upgrade postage at our cost and credit 20% of your campaign fee.

Quality and accuracy. If your cards arrive misprinted, damaged or different from your approved proof because of us or our print partner, we reprint and mail them again at our cost.

Neither guarantee applies if proof, list or invoice approvals miss the agreed deadlines.

Fewer than 100 recipients

Mailings start at 100. For a smaller list, order your cards from the catalog, from 25 cards, and we'll ship them to you to address and mail yourself. From October through December, production takes 5 to 7 business days, plus shipping.
