When will my order ship?
Orders typically take 3-5 working days to produce and then 2-5 days shipping time depending on where you live. In December orders can take 4-7 business days to produce. Orders that include logos, foil imprints, scanned signatures, proofs on larger orders etc. will take an additional 2 business days on average. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production times.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or order cancellations once an order has been sent to production.
Please make sure to review your proof carefully before approving it to ensure that the design meets your expectations. Please contact us immediately if you discover that an error has occurred. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will gladly reprint and reship your order at no expense.
What is your shipping policy?
We use UPS Ground shipping as our standard. Orders over $500 ship free via UPS Ground. There are options to select UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight shipping as well. We ship to all 50 states and Canada. We offer international shipping as well, contact a customer service rep for details or a quote. Please note that when you select expedited shipping (next day, 2 day or 3 day) that the shipping times are in addition to the production times.

Can I customize these cards with my logo and message?
Yes. Most of our business designs can be personalized with your logo, colors, greeting, and printed signatures. On each product page you’ll see the available options. For a specific layout or branding request, contact us and our team can review it with you.
Do you offer addressing and mailing services?
For many business orders, we handle addressing, stamping, and mailing for you. Look for “Addressing & Mailing” options on the product page, or reach out if you’re planning a larger client mailing or a year-round program.
Can I see a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes. Request a sample kit from our team and we’ll send a selection of popular business designs — so you can see paper, printing, and envelope quality before you commit.
How long will my order take?
Production is typically 3–5 business days outside peak season and 5–7 in Q4, plus shipping. If you have a firm in-hand date, tell us before you order.
How does the charity donation work?
You choose a charity at checkout from our list of U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations. After year-end, we donate at least 10% of our net proceeds from card sales to those partners, split by the share customers directed to each. You pick the charity; we handle the giving.
Is my purchase tax-deductible as a charitable contribution?
No. Donations are made by Cards for Causes, so your purchase generally isn’t tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Many business customers treat their orders as a normal business expense. Check with your accountant for your specific situation.
